Orange County, California  |  Effective date: pending approval for the redesigned website

Welcome! We're so glad you're here. At Skinbeam Aesthetics, we believe great experiences start with clear communication. These Terms of Service explain how we work, what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you. We've written them in plain language — no confusing legalese — so you always know exactly where you stand. Please take a few minutes to read through them before your visit.

1.  About Skinbeam Aesthetics

  • Neuromodulators — Botox & Dysport
  • Dermal Fillers (lips, cheeks, facial balancing)

  • PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) Injections — under-eye and other areas
  • Microneedling with PRF (SkinPen)
  • VI Chemical Peel
  • ToxBooster
  • Medical-Grade Skincare Products (Skinbetter Science)

All treatments are performed or supervised by our licensed, experienced aesthetics professionals. We are committed to patient-centered, no-pressure care tailored to your unique goals.

2.  Who These Terms Apply To

These Terms of Service apply to anyone who:

  • Books an appointment or consultation with Skinbeam Aesthetics
  • Visits our practice in person
  • Purchases products or services through our website or in-office
  • Enrolls in our Beauty Bank Membership program
  • Uses our website at skinbeamaesthetics.com

By scheduling an appointment or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you are booking on behalf of a minor (under 18), a parent or legal guardian must be present and provide consent.

3.  Consultations & Treatment Planning

Your First Visit

We begin every patient relationship with a thorough consultation. This is your opportunity to share your goals, ask questions, and learn about your options — with absolutely no pressure to book a treatment on the same day.

Personalized Treatment Plans

Our team will develop a customized treatment plan based on your individual anatomy, skin type, goals, and medical history. Results vary from person to person, and we will always discuss realistic expectations with you before proceeding.

Medical History

You agree to provide complete and accurate information about your medical history, current medications, supplements, allergies, and any previous aesthetic treatments. Withholding information may affect the safety and outcomes of your treatment. Skinbeam Aesthetics is not responsible for adverse events resulting from undisclosed medical information.

4.  Informed Consent

Before any treatment, you will be asked to review and sign an Informed Consent form specific to your procedure. This document will explain:

  • What the treatment involves
  • Expected results and typical timelines
  • Potential risks, side effects, and complications
  • Pre- and post-care instructions
  • Alternatives to the recommended treatment

Signing the Informed Consent confirms that you understand the procedure and voluntarily agree to proceed. You always have the right to ask questions before signing and to decline or postpone any treatment.

5.  Appointments & Cancellation Policy

Booking Your Appointment

Appointments can be booked online through our booking portal, by phone, or in person. A valid credit card may be required to hold your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to another patient who may be waiting.

  • Cancellations with 48+ hours' notice: No charge
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice: A cancellation fee of $50 may apply
  • No-shows (missed appointments without notice): A no-show fee of $75 may be charged

We understand life happens — if you have an emergency or illness, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure adequate time for your treatment and to respect other patients' schedules. We will do our best to accommodate you when possible.

6.  Payments & Pricing

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and approved payment plan financing (see below). Payment is due at the time of service.

Pricing

Treatment pricing is available on our website and may be discussed during your consultation. Prices are subject to change, and promotional pricing is valid only during the stated promotional period.

Payment Plans

Skinbeam Aesthetics partners with financing providers to offer flexible payment plans for qualifying patients. Financing is subject to approval through our third-party partners. Terms, rates, and eligibility are set by the financing provider. Please visit our Payment Plans page or ask our team for details.

Deposits

Certain services or packages may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward the cost of your service. Deposit refunds are subject to our cancellation policy described in Section 5.

7.  Refund & Return Policy

Services

Because aesthetic treatments involve professional time, supplies, and personalized care, all completed services are non-refundable. If you have concerns about your results, please contact us — we are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to address any issues.

Products

Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Opened products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons, unless there is a verified product defect.

Prepaid Packages & Gift Cards

Prepaid packages and gift cards are non-refundable but are transferable to another person. They do not expire, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

8.  Beauty Bank Membership

Our Beauty Bank Membership program offers exclusive benefits, discounts, and perks to enrolled members. Membership terms, including monthly fees, included services, and cancellation procedures, are outlined in a separate Beauty Bank Membership Agreement provided at enrollment. By enrolling, you agree to those terms in addition to these Terms of Service.

Membership benefits are non-transferable and may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

9.  Results & Medical Disclaimer

Aesthetic treatments are not guaranteed to produce specific results. Individual outcomes vary based on factors including:

  • Age, skin type, and anatomy
  • Lifestyle factors (sun exposure, diet, smoking)
  • Adherence to pre- and post-care instructions
  • Your body's unique biological response

The services offered by Skinbeam Aesthetics are cosmetic in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Our team may decline to perform a treatment if, in their professional judgment, it is not appropriate or safe for you.

10.  Post-Treatment Care & Follow-Up

Following your treatment, you will receive written aftercare instructions. Adhering to these instructions is important for your safety and for achieving optimal results. Skinbeam Aesthetics is not responsible for complications or unsatisfactory outcomes resulting from failure to follow aftercare guidelines.

We encourage you to reach out to us with any post-treatment questions or concerns. Complimentary follow-up consultations may be available depending on the service received — our team will advise you at the time of treatment.

11.  Your Privacy & Health Information

We take your privacy seriously. Skinbeam Aesthetics collects and uses your personal and health information to provide you with safe, high-quality care. We comply with applicable California privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and applicable federal healthcare privacy regulations.

Your information will never be sold to third parties. We may share information with:

  • Healthcare providers involved in your care
  • Our electronic health records and booking systems
  • Payment processors and financing partners
  • Regulatory or legal bodies when required by law

For full details, please review our Privacy Policy available on our website.

12.  Photography & Social Media

Before & After Photos

We may request your permission to take before and after photos of your treatment areas for your medical record and, with your written consent, for educational or marketing purposes. You are never required to consent to public use of your photos.

Your Own Photos & Videos

You are welcome to photograph or video your experience at Skinbeam Aesthetics for personal use. Tagging us on social media does not by itself authorize publication of identifiable patient information. We seek separate written authorization where required before sharing patient photos or stories. Please be mindful of other patients' privacy and avoid photographing or filming other individuals in our office without their consent.

13.  Conduct & Safety

We are committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for all patients and staff. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone who:

  • Is abusive, threatening, or disrespectful toward our team or other patients
  • Is under the influence of alcohol or substances at the time of their appointment
  • Provides false information on intake or consent forms
  • Engages in conduct that disrupts our practice or endangers others

The safety and comfort of both our patients and our team is our top priority.

14.  Website & Online Services

Our website at skinbeamaesthetics.com is for informational purposes only. Content on the website does not constitute medical advice. We do our best to keep information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that all content is current at all times.

Online bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We will reach out to confirm your appointment after booking.

Links to third-party websites (such as our financing partners or product suppliers) are provided for convenience. Skinbeam Aesthetics is not responsible for the content or practices of external websites.

15.  Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Skinbeam Aesthetics, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, products, or website.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or as otherwise required by law.

16.  Dispute Resolution

We genuinely hope to resolve any concerns directly and amicably. If you have a complaint or concern, please contact us first — we want the opportunity to make it right.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, with jurisdiction in Orange County. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before pursuing formal legal action.

17.  Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, policies, or applicable law. When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this document and, for significant changes, notify active patients by email or at their next visit.

Your continued use of our services after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
