Jaine Chapman, MSN, CRNA, FNP-C: Nurse Anesthetist, Nurse Practitioner & Advanced Practice Injector

One of the amazing things about the nursing profession is the broad range of types of care a nurse can provide. From aesthetic to anesthetic, I’m so grateful to be able to provide care to people in such diverse settings.

I finished my Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at San Diego State University, Summa Cum Laude in 2008 (Go Aztecs!), and spent my first two years as an emergency room nurse in San Diego and Orange County. I had known since high school that I wanted to be a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), so I moved on to neurosurgical and trauma intensive care for two more years to gain the experience I needed for my CRNA education. I became a CRNA in 2014, graduating from the Kaiser Permanente School of Anesthesia/Cal State Fullerton Summa Cum Laude again. I have worked for Kaiser Permanente providing anesthesia since 2014 and I truly love my career as a CRNA.

I founded Skinbeam Aesthetics in 2020 with my Medical Director, Dr. Daniel Hunt. This has been a passion project for us, and we continue to have so much fun! Seeing client’s positive results is delightful, and we value the joy that this area of medicine has brought to our careers.

I’ve taken my education and training as an injector seriously and sought out strong learning opportunities so that I can be a safe and skilled aesthetic nurse injector. If you’re looking for the best nurse injector out there, I strive to be that person! I have completed two comprehensive education and hands on training programs with Kelly Hermans of Beautiphi Academy, in Rochester, Michigan, and with Aesthetic Immersion in Brea, CA. Additionally I’ve had one-on-one training sessions with the legendary Dr. Yoelin in Newport Beach, and Kelly Choi, NP-C founder of The Beauty Collective in Los Angeles. I’ve attended the Academy for Injection anatomy led by injection anatomist, Dr. Chris Surek, and The Aesthetic Show medical aesthetic professional conference in 2023.

Additionally, to enhance the aesthetic care I’m able to provide, I became a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner in 2023.
