Safety:

Of course we always use single-patient use sterile supplies. Maybe you’ve heard that a (terrible) clinic in New Mexico gave several people HIV in the context of microneedling with PRP. Well, that was really dumb, and performed by unlicensed people. Don’t worry, safety is literally our top priority at Skinbeam. 

Quality:

We only do medical depth microneedling, which is much deeper (up to 8x deeper) than the microneedling you can get with a facial from an aesthetician… medical grade anything = bigger effect. We use Skin Pen which is an FDA approved device specifically for aesthetic microneedling. Skin Pen has FDA approvals for acne scar revision and horizontal neck lines (tech neck!). We are now using the Cosmofrance PRF system which is an upgrade from PRP, it’s more regenerative and has absolutely no additives, so it’s all just your own blood product. The Cosmofrance centrifuge is proprietary and makes PRF just perfectly!

We include a LOT for $620: 

First we include the option to have PRF (platelet rich fibrin) injected under your eyes at no additional cost. We used to offer PRP injections in this context, but we have upgraded to PRF injections. This is huge, it costs hundreds as a standalone treatment. We’ve also just started including a take-home package of Elta MD products: a post-procedure cleanser and a healing post-procedure product that also happens to be SPF 50 Zinc. These are included to help you successfully recover from your procedure and stave off sun damage to those new layers of skin. You can opt to have your neck and upper chest microneedled too in the same session for an additional $100. It takes more PRF and more time to do the neck and chest so please plan ahead for that add-on.
